  2. The new RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension does help in logging some but not all calls. If you are out of office, not logged in (aka after business hours) and/or hubspot is not open at all times... then calls do not log. This creates the issue of all calls received outside business hours or to users who are out of the office... are not logging in our Hubspot CRM. This causes gaps in the visibility of our customer interactions and communications. Also, missed calls into a shared phone number/call queue do not log into Hubspot or if they do it…

  3. The ask is to set the default value for "Related To" items in Salesforce. For companies that have Clients set up in multiple places in Salesforce, under "Accounts" or "Opportunities", giving us the option to set a default place where call history is stored.

  5. ...tensions. Currently Admins can only archive call recordings for all their extensions on their SFTP server while SMS, Fax and Voice messages needs to be done per extension and the customer would like to have this ability as well as an Admin.

  7. RingEx has a feature so that, when on a call, there's a tone instead of a full ring. This functionality should be extended to the Teams Embedded App, i.e. to detect if the user is on a Teams call/Teams meeting and provide a polite notification if on a Teams meeting.

  10. The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user.   19. Calls are being logged to Salesforce when users use the CTI dialer to make and receive calls. However, there are RingCentral users who does not have a Salesforce login to use the CTI dialer and their calls will only sync to RingCentral.Having all calls register to Salesforce (regardless if the user does not have a Salesforce login) would be helpful for data collection.

  20. Customer would like to be able to upload a custom fax cover sheet for the business containing their logo and different information. Currently, each fax account needs to upload the custom cover to use. Being able to add additional cover sheets to the system and push down to all users would assist in streamlining this process. Having the API's to manage custom cover pages would also be a huge help.
