2. Teams API - Get Members

   Four automation of RingCentral MVP Teams, it would be useful to pull current team membership. Perhaps this could be integrated into the existing readGlipTeam method?https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Teams/readGlipTeamUse-case:Automated management of a team that has 300+ members, this would allow validation of current members against source of truth.

3. Take Microsoft Teams Location for 911 calls on your direct routing solution

   If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

5. Integrate with Practice Panther

   I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.

9. Sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs

   Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.

17. Reduce RingCentral's Session Timeout Setting from 7 Days for Salesforce Integration

    When using the Salesforce integration, RingCentral's session timeout setting is 7 days. Having checked with RingCentral support, this cannot be adjusted. If a user uses the RingCentral for Salesforce integration and does not logout, the Salesforce session will be kept active for 7 days. The scope of this idea is to permit RingCentral admins the capability to enforce session timeouts at the same intervals as the Salesforce Platform. 18. Transfer/Forward call (pre-call control) to multiple folks simultaneously

    I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken. So any sort of custom call handling logic that RingCentral provides, won't suffice.The Telephony API, allows me to forward to a single extension. Like a user or Call Queue. Not multiple extensions at the same time.I looked into Managing Call Queue Members, programmatically with the APIs. I believe Call Queues are the closest thing I can do to achieve my scenario. However, there's some latency in RingCentral, as the desired behavior of a Call Queue takes a minute or two to propagate. (I say minute or two, because an email alerts the user when added... see https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-4764 to have that removed/configured to not send) So really 2 ideas/issues here:Telephony Forward API - have the ability to send an array of extensions and have RingCentral forward the call to those extensionsCall Queue Member Bulk Assign - Member assignment should take place immediately on API call. That will allow myself to set a queue of members before transferring it to the extension of that queue.
