RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

  3. We have users that make calls from Salesforce that need to be able to speak to secondary callers at the same time. This includes language translation service providers while the original caller is on the line. Please add ASAP. Using the regular RingCentral app is not productive as all the popups and call disposition field from Salesforce will not work.

  4. Every time I click on the RingCentral integration in Teams it defaults to the Phone tab.In Settings, I can see you can change the tab order. I did this and put HUD first, however, it still defaults to loading the Phone tab whenever I click into RingCentral.It would be nice to be able to set the default tab (unless of course there is good reason for Phone loading) as I'm more interested in seeing the presence than the dialer and call history.

  6. Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

  9. The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

  10. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  11. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

  13. This feature can be used to automatically transfer callers to an external number, ie. a survey, after completion of the call. Then the agent wouldn't have to transfer the call manually.

  20. The only way for calls to log into Hubspot is if the RingCentral for Hubspot Chrome Extension is installed. This helps with most calls (not all) logging in Hubspot but the biggest frustration is that the extension ringer, both the ringtone sound itself and the volume of the ringtone is very loud and sounds like an old-school landline telephone. The sound is incredibly distracting and painful. There are no settings to turn this off, change the ringtone or adjust the volume. This can effect how sales/customer service teams perform and if we remove the extension then our calls won't log…
