    • can i get a report of call credits being used

    • looking for total usage that takes up the call credits
    • essentially when we are invoiced for another call credit package at $20 we need to know what sites used the credits to bill them accordingly

  4. Currently customer is using CRM call Load Board which is integrated with RingCentral using a chrome extension called RingCentral CRM Extension. Recently, they had issue with the SMS feature which changes some of the characters of the text. Upon checking, customer is still using the RingCentral Phone App, so I ask customer to use the RingCentral App instead and that fixes the issue. With this, I ask customer to uninstall the RingCentral Phone App, But after doing so, the customer is no longer able to use the Chrome extension, which allows them to dial out directly from the CRM using…

  6. Currently, the feature supported with this integration only includes:

    • /ringcentral meet - Starts a new RingCentral Video Meeting and posts the join link.
    • /ringcentral call - Start a new RingCentral Conference and post the dial-in number.
    • /ringcentral help - Brings up the different /ringcentral slash commands.

    Hopefully, we can include service status notifications from RingCentral to Slack

  8. Currently, Salesforce creates multiple tasks if the call is from a call queue. It would be great if we had the option to filter those calls and only create a task for the answered calls. This way, it will be easier to understand the created tasks.

  11. Please add templates to the RC app within Salesforce. This feature is enabled in the mobile app and desktop app. This is a missing piece. Additionally it would be nice to be able to have an sms module in Ring central to track all sms for a contact in Salesforce.

  13. Will the integration work with the Firefox browser addon if I have the RingCentral Firefox addon installed? I do not use Chrome as my default browser.  If I but install the Clio RingCentral addon through Chrome could I use the integration if I sign on to Clio using Firefox?

  18. The Analytics Reports in RingCentral for Salesforce is a stand-alone page built by RingCentral.

    Currently, we don't have the ability to configure or modify the dashboards and results.

    It would be great if we have an option to edit it to include or remove results from the reports dashboard.

  19. The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.

    Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.
