  3. Hi there. We have a use case where we want the ability for customers to inbound call but only get through to an agent if a code has been input. For example we only want calls to be routed to someone if they have paid for a service and that payment number is input via the dialpad. We need a way to confirm payment is made and was thinking a way would be to read from our CRM (Salesforce) record field.   6. We want to limit the USER APP settings to be changed. Only the Super Admin should have the ability to change Work Hours and After Hours.

  14. when on an MS Team call, and a call comes in on the RingCentral app, it will disconnect the MS Team callThis is a feature we use and we purchased our entire headset fleet to utilize call control. Having to turn it off to keep from being kicked off other calls is unacceptable. Why is this the solution to prevent this from happening?

  18. Parked Call Visibility on RC or BT application

    It is more convenient for users to have visibility of parked calls using the desktop app.
    Sometimes, we tend to forget the location where we parked the call or we forget that we put the call on park. With this feature, we are aiming to reduce abandoned calls.
