  1. Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list. Those contacts are not RC users. Two solutions are possible : 1 - either integrate a flat file so that each user is able to retrieve this list.   4. I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken.   7. It would be great to be able to setup a specific defaulted Subject for the Task being logged for each call activity. Currently the user has to manually change it to something else, but it would be great to have the ability as an Admin to default the verbiage there to something that makes more sense for our team. In addition, adding the ability to make it dynamic with merge fields would be even more flexible as well.

  8. As you already integrate with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Bigin, Zoho Mail, Zoho Cliq, it seems like a natural progress to support archive to Zoho WorkDrive, as usually when customer use Zoho apps, they are typically invested in the whole Zoho platform of apps.

  10. If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

  15. I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.

  16. Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.
