  2. I am a chronic care nurse and I call the same people every month. Is there or could there be a way for me to plug the patient's name, phone number, chart #, and time of call in a task? I would like to use the task section to build my patient list for the month so that I don't have to use a paper weekly/ monthly planner.   4. We could set expectation as to when they will receive a reply. Patients seem to think someone is answering their text messages 24/7. They get upset if they are replied to quickly. It is only during office hours.

  5. Boulanger has a need to integrate a phone contact list. This will be for vendors, partners, other stores etc.The need here is to provide all RC users with an external contact list. Those contacts are not RC users. Two solutions are possible : 1 - either integrate a flat file so that each user is able to retrieve this list. But then this could lead to discrepancies : all users may not upload the file or when a number changes or a contact changes then this file need to be re uploaded.2 - the second solution would be to have…

  7. I'm building out some complex call routing. Listening to telephony events, and using the Telephony Call Control API, I have the ability to transfer a call to a specific user after doing a quick lookup on our CRM.In the event of no phone number in our CRM, we want to route the call to different groups of individuals. It's not the same group of individuals every time, it will fluctuate based on availability and last call taken.   10. calls to number with "/" symbol not going through>can not delete the character because we use the outlook plugin to dial a number from a signature without editing it. Because of an old standard the "/" is still used to separate the area code from the phone number in Germany

  15. I would like to be able to easily sync contacts between Ring Central and Practice Panther. I can't even do it using a Zapier bypass because the Ring Central options are so limited. The current "export contacts-edit contacts-rename doc-import contacts-pray" workflow is not in the least bit functional.

  16. Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

  17. If a call comes through on salesforce but you are not working from that screen maybe you have another tab open you can not see that there is a call coming through. Therefore to add a pop up screen for all calls.
