  2. Currently we are using the Salesforce plugin only. Not supporting dependent drop down lists means we have been unable to add all of our required fields into the RC component in Salesforce; this results in the user needing to access the Salesforce task after a call to update certain fields - we are now seeing this causing errors when the call recording is added to the Salesforce task whilst the user is editing it

  3. We would love to see a way for our RingCentral call/sms activity to be integrated with Infusionsoft. Specifically, if we can have the call logs be appended to infusionsoft contact notes, that'll be awesome!

  4. When using the RC outlook plugin and receiving texts (messages) it is not possible to delete the texts via the RC outlook addon. Although, opening the RC phone app and deleting the texts (messages) works… but only sort of. After deleting the texts (messages) in the RC Phone app and then reopening outlook, The RC outlook addon shows blank texts (messages) by “anonymous” so, although the texts (messages) are deleted from the RC outlook addon it is still taking up space and does not look professional for an app and or an apps outlook addon.So, The idea is somewhat simple…

  5. I sometimes need to make calls from the car so I'll have my team send me phone numbers via Microsoft Teams. It would be incredible if I could simply click on the phone number and have it dial for me.

  7. Currently there is no way to make direct calls to external numbers in the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Plugin. This functionality would be helpful to make a direct call instead of only conference calls.

  10. I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.

  13. We have 55 phone numbers under one user account. We wrote a CRM module over Dynamics 365 and the RingCentral of Dynamics saved us a ton of headaches. Each phone number represents a client and we use a shared case management system that differentiates per company via Rules and PowerAutomate flows. But we're stuck because incoming SMS/Call/Fax information does not carry "To which phone number this was sent" information!Basically we need to see:From (212) 365-4023To {RingCentralPhoneNumber}on all these items...   15. Top Producer is a leading Real Estate CRM that is likely to continue to grow. It would be beneficial for us to have Ring central integrate with our CRM so that we can have records of the calls and texts and information we send through ring central in our database.

  16. I would benefit from being able to automatically add a ringcentral contact once a contact is created on my CRM (Lawcus) or Google. Right now both the actions and triggers on Zapier are quite limited.

  18. If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.
