Abandoned Call Tracking Feature
Requesting a new feature in RingCentral to enable easy retrieval of specific phone numbers from our %Abandoned calls KPI.
Introduce a feature within RingCentral's analytics dashboard that allows users to generate customized reports specifically targeting abandoned calls. This report should include detailed information such as caller phone numbers, timestamps, and call durations.
Implement a search functionality within the reporting feature, enabling users to quickly filter and identify abandoned calls based on various parameters like date range, call duration, or specific queue.
By incorporating these features into RingCentral, users can efficiently track and address abandoned calls, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and retention.

In Live reports, you can visually see that you have had 3 Abandoned calls in this image attached. It would be nice if you could click on the Abandoned box and it be a hyperlink to take you to the list of Abandoned calls during that Live report period timeframe. If we miss a call for any reason , we want to try and call that customer back if we still haven't talked to them.

Please add this feature. It is easy to see the number of abandoned calls for a queue, but it is difficult to track down an details related to the abandoned call.

This feature is huge for Call Center Queues. Abandoned rates, detailed reports provides so much insight on staffing/ training etc... I am very surprised this is not already an option. Please do consider this, essential in the BPO industry!
