   Customer would like the ability to print SMS threads to PDF for compliance purposes. These would be stored in their AMS360 CRM software. Their ask is to be able to click a print button and select a specific section of an SMS thread to print to PDF.The idea is already posted in the community ideas portal and has 107 voteshttps://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-86

    Use the "Trackers" filter to choose some trackers and then select the "none of" option in order to implement this negative logic.
