Recordings Location
Currently the only way to change your location of where your video recording is stored is to do it through the RC Meetings app. Since the RC app is supposedly a combination of all the Ringcentral apps, it simply does make sense that this feature is only available on the RC Meetings app and not the original RC app.

Allow the user to record directly to their hard drive not to the RC Server. Like previous version.

for legal, financial and accounting services there is a need to keep items local and not stored in the cloud.In the previous versions of the RingCentral video app recordings were stored on your local hard drives or server and we’re not cloud-based allowing the security and privacy of confidential information to remain in-house and not stored on the cloudThe new app forces us to make and store the videos on the cloud and then download and remove them the problem being is no one has been able to confirm to me that these have been removed permanently from the cloud and therefore not allowing us to maintain in-house security of these videos It would be nice if the app would allow us to change the video storage location and placed a Videos directly on our internal computers or servers
