We use the Avaya/Ring Central system. ACO is Avaya Cloud Office, which I think is basically a branded Ring Central system. I agree with this suggestion. We are completing our implementation right now, and I have asked repeatedly "When should we expect updates to our ACO app?" and and "How will we be notified about updates to the ACO app?" ...so far everyone basically tells me "we don't know."So it seems that nobody knows when updates are to be released, on which schedule, and we aren't notified when the updates are released (or before they are released). I know there was a release in the past 45 or so days, and I heard nothing about it ever... I just noticed a few items on the left-side menu were rearranged -- just after I had sent out screen shot instructions to our end users! This really is a problem. As a system admin, we need to know when things change so that we can notify our end users about any changes that will impact them. Our end users EXPECT us to know, but we're currently in the dark.Other software vendors provide release notes ahead of an upcoming update. This is what I request. Also, is there a typical schedule for updates? Monthly? Quarterly?

Thanks for this feedback. Persistent annotations, reactions, and raise hand are all available today in the new RingCentral Video experience on desktop and browser. See Using annotations in a meeting.

Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app. This is because the desktop app has deeper access to your device that a browser simply isn't allowed to have for security reasons — browsers intentionally limit what a website can do with your screen, keyboard, and mouse to protect users.
Bringing remote control to the browser would require the desktop app to be updated to work with those browser limitations, which is a significant undertaking relative to how this feature is used today. After evaluating it, we've decided this isn't something we'll be building, and we're closing this request.
If remote control is something you rely on, we'd recommend joining meetings from the RingCentral desktop app rather than the browser.See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

Please merge in CUSTCOM-I-4412. I searched, but was using different terminology when I created my idea. I later found this existing idea.

We use Avaya Custom Office (ACO)/RingCentral. Within the "ACO" app we have the ability to host meetings (under the "Video" category). When in such a meeting, there appears to be no way for the organizer to give control of the keyboard and mouse to another participant. This capability would be good to have.

Similar to the "Missed Calls" view, create a view that only shows your Outgoing calls. On the left, in the Call History section, there would be "All Calls," "Missed Calls," Outgoing Calls," and "Call Recordings." Maybe go ahead and add "Incoming" while you're at it.
