HUD pop out window on RingCentral app
It's great that the HUD was added to the RingCentral desktop app however, the only thing for us that it seems to be lacking is the ability to adjust the layout of the pop out window for the HUD. We still use the RingCentral Phone app because the pop out HUD view allows me to customize my HUD window more than the HUD in the RC app. In the RC app I can't get everyone to appear on the same size window like I had with the RC Phone app. Please see attached screenshots

Currently upon the startup of the computer, RC App loads up but in order to keep "team chat" up AND see who is on the phone/who the call is ringing to, you have to switch tabs from message to phone, which is clunky and very time consuming.This idea allow the user to have a side by side (split screen on my computer) of my office teams chat/messages to me, while also having the ability to see incoming calls and the caller id's to the que. The feature allows me to set up my teams computers in a way that is much more visible and cuts down on confusion of who is answering the call, without having to click it open and drag it into its place daily.

This was part of the old RC Phone app and we would like to see it be part of the new RC Video/MVP.
