An error occurred while saving the comment The request is to have a way to implement a custom cover page system wide and then lock down users so they can only use that cover page. Currently, a custom fax cover page must be administered via each user's Softphone.

22 votesRingCentral maintains multiple data sites and nodes to ensure core user and account data can be preserved in the unlikely event of a site disruption. While customer-initiated backup of all settings and configurations is not presently offered, there are policies and procedures in place to assist customers who may encounter a significant data loss. Any customer who experiences such an event should engage RingCentral immediately.
