At minimum, there should be a way to export a list of members that you could then import/add to the other team. I tried copying the member list and pasting but that didn't work in the add field as it deemed the entry as invalid.

This feature is now live for all RingSense customers. As a RingSense user, you can define minimum duration rules in your duration filters. This is also available as part of your profile settings.
Key benefits of this feature include:
- Custom thresholds: Customers can define minimum call duration rules
- Cleaner data: Automatically hides short calls (e.g., voicemails, misdials) below the threshold
- Business impact: Streamlines analysis by focusing only on meaningful customer interactions

Hello-- you're able to turn off the note functionality under settings - AI - Automatic notes.
However, that answer is not correct. There is no way to permanently turn off the pop out (the arrow only temporarily collapses the pop out window. If I have automatic notes toggled off, then that windows should auto collapse or not be functional)
