Hello-- you're able to turn off the note functionality under settings - AI - Automatic notes.

However, that answer is not correct. There is no way to permanently turn off the pop out (the arrow only temporarily collapses the pop out window. If I have automatic notes toggled off, then that windows should auto collapse or not be functional)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make this a priority, this is highly annoying

This is a terrible feature- I agree with everyone else. I should be able to turn this off and never see it. I don't use it and I will likely never use it.

We do not want this feature. so completely useless! give us a way to remove.

Would like this to be optional.

This seemingly innocuous widget consumes screen real estate that I don't want to dedicate to it. We will not use it, and should have a choice to include it. Make this optional!

Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number

- you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
- please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
- some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop out phone dial pad area

i hate this extra section of notes and transcription in the dialer of RingCentral, it really irritates me whenever I call anyone, I have to hide it on each call, I want to hide it permanently from the dialer.
RingCentral team, kindly remove it ASAP, we do not need this useless feature. thanks

Not great that you can't hide this permanently. Not well thought out as it materially changes the feel. At the end of the day it should have been an option for those that want to use it for notes. In addition, in 34 states recording is already illegal without permission.

Automatically remove AI Notes screen in dialer when making and receiving calls.
