   Anyone presenting — not just the host — can include system audio so participants hear shared video and audio clearly. This is supported when presenting from the desktop app on both Windows and macOS, with macOS support our most recent addition. See Sharing your screen with audio.

   Sharing a recording with participants — including people outside your organization — is available today via Share Meeting Materials, and hosts can enable it with a single tap. Fully automatic distribution to every invitee without a manual step is under review, and we'll update this thread as it progresses. Feel free to share your feedback and needs here in this thread.    This is available today. In the desktop app you can separate the shared screen and the video gallery across two monitors using the pop-out control in the top toolbar. See [Using the new RingCentral Video meetings experience].

    Thanks for this suggestion. Remote control during screen sharing is available today, but only when both the person sharing and the person requesting control are on the RingCentral desktop app.
