Manually setting the status to Busy would be beneficial. If we could allow Admins to add a few Custom status choices that would be great!

Coming from using the Stand Alone Phone app, my customer is finding that they would like to have the ability to add statuses to the MVP app. They would really like the ability to manually go Busy. Since the current offerings are only DND, Available and Invisible.
Giving Admins the ability to add a few more statuses to choose from would be ideal.

Looking for an easy way to update multiple call queues without having to touch each one, (115). This shouldn't be this difficult. Why can't we just apply templates to achieve this?I shouldn't have to go into each call queue to set the holiday hours individually.
This is very important for customers who would like to have responses to SMS go to a single number. I.E. Appointment Reminders
