An error occurred while saving the comment Kim commentedComing from using the Stand Alone Phone app, my customer is finding that they would like to have the ability to add statuses to the MVP app. They would really like the ability to manually go Busy. Since the current offerings are only DND, Available and Invisible.
Giving Admins the ability to add a few more statuses to choose from would be ideal.

This shouldn't have to be a feature request; it is possible in the Standalone Phone App that the customer migrated from.
Searching by Company Name is very important.
