This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239 -

Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

Hi everyone, Call duration and multiple columns to see more contacts are now live in app! Correct status is planned to be implemented by end of June. Complete parity is still being worked towards. Thanks everyone. -

This is a helpful status for when you don't want to block all incoming calls with Do Not Disturb, but just want to signal to the rest of your team that you are Busy, but can still accept urgent calls.

Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients. There is no syncing between RingCentral apps and physical desk phones except for when someone is on a call. If the desk phone could reflect that the person is "busy" when they are In A Meeting or have set themselves to DND in the RC app, that would be very helpful.
