service notification email address
Admin should be able to set email address that service notification are sent too. Right now it defaults to user details and the preferred address for notifications may be different. Also, a different address may already be in use with different account which gets rejected.

I am writing to request the implementation of RingCentral Service Outage notifications at the tenant-wide level, rather than on an individual user account basis. Additionally, I would like these notifications to be sent to multiple email addresses.
