   Anyone presenting — not just the host — can include system audio so participants hear shared video and audio clearly. This is supported when presenting from the desktop app on both Windows and macOS, with macOS support our most recent addition. See Sharing your screen with audio.

   In RingCentral Meetings you could share a video and share computer sound. In RingCentral Video Meetings you have to keep your mic unmuted to share the sound from the video you are sharing

   Meeting participants can request remote desktop control while someone is sharing their screen, and the presenter approves with a click. This has been available for some time in video meetings on the desktop app. See Requesting and approving remote desktop control.

   A meeting host can share a cloud recording with both internal recipients and people outside their organization, using Share Meeting Materials. Available today in video meetings on the desktop app and on the Web (Browser). See Viewing and managing meeting recordings.
