    2 ideas but related - On the Windows and web app it would be great for the ability to thread the messages (with my posts always appearing on the right). And also to pop a single thread out of a message stream to make it easier to follow. Even pop entire message stream so when have multiple running can easily monitor

    Company Directory Control enables admins to take control of the company contacts shown on employees' clients.     Hi everyone, Call duration and multiple columns to see more contacts are now live in app! Correct status is planned to be implemented by end of June. Complete parity is still being worked towards. Thanks everyone.
