Still not implemented... Yet another reason why I cannot recommend RingCentral to other companies. If it were solely up to me, I wouldn't have renewed.

It's available, but certain VoIP numbers are still tagged as landline phones for certain cell providers.
The real problem is that RingCentral numbers cannot respond to shortcodes. So the person that signed my company number up for political campaign ads is on my **** list because I can't 'Reply STOP to stop'

How is this not already implemented? Someone signed up my company number to a political campaign, and I have no way to respond stop.
Hard to recommend this service when there are basic functions missing...

This is a crucial feature that is available in competing platforms. Please implement quickly!
I didn't realize this was the case. Now I'm wondering how many people I've blocked for myself that didn't need to be blocked for my coworkers...
It seems like it would be simple to have a separate blocklist for the company. And yet, there are so many things that should be a basic part of this service that aren't. Like being able to reply to SMS shortcodes 🙄
