This a dealbreaker for me. I am already looking for RingCentral alternatives at the moment. The 90 day call recording retention policy is a joke, my type of business actually needs to have 10 years of call recording, 1 year would be useful, but 90 days is simply offensive. Many times I need to go back and check past conversations with a consumer that I might have helped maybe earlier during the year or during the past 365 days.
I agree this does not make sense, when you already have a relationship with your customers, maybe when sending a first time message, but not for every new text message
