We have over 1,000 users so having to go through them one at a time to see if faxing is enabled is very time-consuming.

This is also a necessity for us. RingCentral told us to make people message managers, to get around this limitation in the call queue. But message managers cannot view the voicemails in the app, only in the admin portal. We really need to be able to make 50 people co-recipients of the call queue voicemail so that all the call queue members can easily access the voicemails.

We have a call queue that is a nurse's line and we want that to show as Caller ID for medical staff so people call that number and not the number of the staff person. We don't want all the medical staff getting calls for the call queue, plus there is a limit of 50 extensions per call queue so it would not even be possible to add everyone to it.
