   This feature would be really helpful. It would seem simple enough since you can already attach a copy to received fax notifications via email. Just do the same for sent fax notifications.

   Without this feature, the messages box fills up with "unread" faxes that have already been handled with the email sent to the user(s). It causes unnecessary storage for faxes.

   In our setup, phone numbers that are not in use will provide a similar recording if the number is moved to "inventory." Simply search for the numbers in use, check the number and click "move to inventory" at the top of the page. Then, calls to this number will get a recording that says "The number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Thank you for calling. Goodbye."
