In our setup, phone numbers that are not in use will provide a similar recording if the number is moved to "inventory." Simply search for the numbers in use, check the number and click "move to inventory" at the top of the page. Then, calls to this number will get a recording that says "The number you have dialed is not in service at this time. Thank you for calling. Goodbye."
