  2. We’ve identified that MMS is currently not working for the Shared Inbox under the RingEX Customer Engagement Bundle plan. Enabling this feature as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated, as it is important for ongoing operations.

This request seeks the implementation of an administrative toggle or Service Parameter (SP) to disable the system-generated post-recording menu that prompts callers to mark voicemails as "Private" (Option 5). Currently, this feature is enabled by default for all brands and calling packages and lacks a mechanism for administrators to opt out.

  5. We want to include the content of direct and team messages in email notifications when receiving them on the RingCentral app. This feature is only available for SMS we also wanted this for the messages in the RCAPP.

  6. Description / Idea:
    Currently, when external numbers are included in a ring group (Ring Settings), any DND, call forwarding, or spam blocker rules applied to those external numbers can unintentionally affect the behavior of the other internal extensions in the same ring group.

    Proposed Improvement:
    Allow DND, call forwarding, and spam blocker settings applied to external numbers to only affect the external numbers themselves, without impacting the rest of the extensions in the ring group.

  8. When calls RollOver to another queue, they do not show the number that it is trying to RollOut too. This used to be a feature in the old RingCentral Phone App. The app should in include a "From" to indicate that the call came from one extension, and rolled to another.

We recommend enhancing the Licenses and Inventory Report to include all provisioned hardware, specifically ensuring that BYOD and manually provisioned devices are captured alongside standard inventory. Currently, the report omits devices lacking pre-registered serial or model numbers, creating critical data gaps for customers performing End-of-Life (EoL) tracking and hardware audits. By ensuring the report consistently exports the model, serial number, phone number, and extension details for every device on the account, RingCentral will provide the comprehensive visibility required for enterprise-level asset management and lifecycle planning.

  10. When a custom blank recording is configured for the call recording announcement, it should consistently apply across all call scenarios.

    Currently, even if a blank recording is set (resulting in no audible announcement during regular inbound or outbound calls), the announcement is still played in certain situations—such as when a user picks up a call or retrieves a parked call.

    The expected behavior is that once a blank custom recording is applied, no recording announcement should be heard in any call handling scenario, including direct calls, answered calls, or parked call retrieval. This ensures consistent behavior across all call flows…

  12. We've purchased Polycom Edge E350 devices from RingCentral. But we've noticed that the devices that are connected via wireless connectivity go into a power saving mode and drop the wireless connection. We can disable the setting but we have 40 to 50 devices that we need to set this on and we're adding more edge e350s in the near future and need a way to set this on all of the devices, not each individual device.

    We appreciate the recent updates to the BeeTexting interface. To further improve the user experience, we would like to propose an option for a Split-Screen View, similar to a standard email inbox (like Outlook or Gmail).

    Currently, users have to click back and forth between the message list and individual threads, which feels fragmented. A split-screen layout would allow the left side to display the full list of messages while the right side shows the specific conversation or "particular message" selected.

  17. Currently, in the RingCentral Desktop App (Shared/Text tab), the "Paperclip/Attachment" icon is visible when first viewing a thread. However, after the first response is sent or the conversation is assigned to a user, the attachment icon immediately disappears.

    Ensure the "Attachment/Paperclip" icon remains persistent and functional throughout the entire lifecycle of a Shared SMS conversation, regardless of assignment status or reply count.
