configurable change time of presence status to inactivity
current situation:
The presence status automatically changes from "green" to "grey(offline)" after 15 minutes of inactivity, although the user is working on the PC (app in the background)
Request:
The change of the presence status in case of inactivity must be freely configurable (after time or no change) include the option to deactivate.

Currently the RC App idle timer is set to 15 minutes, if the app is not in focus or minimized, after 15 minutes you are placed in offline or invisible mode. Lumentum does not like this functionality and believes that there should be a timer or the app should follow the OS idle timer. Customer stated the following: "I would expect the status is following the computer activities. Similar to a screensaver, not just on the RC app. If the app shows that I am not available to chat or a phone call, (i.e if I am working on email / browsing), people will see I am offline (if I am not using the RC app). People will not call me if I am not online. Or for urgent requests, I would ask someone that is online instead of waiting for someone who may not be available at all. I guess that is the whole purpose of presence".
