For Fax cover sheet
For Fax cover sheet allow you to input to whom the fax is being sent to without entering their name and Fax# into contacts. Why would we want to enter into contacts a persons name at a mortgage company with a Fax# when we probably will never send another Fax to them.

It's frankly sad and pathetic how we can't edit the name or details of the person we are sending to, and I intend to end my contract based on breach of contract (not getting the services I am paying for) if this isn't resolved quickly.

I'm not sure how this fax service can be advertised as HIPAA compliant if I can't enter the name of the person I am sending it to. I believe there is a statement that should appear on the cover sheet of HIPAA info being faxed. I looked that up and created my own cover sheet only to now be told that I can't input different names on the cover sheet. I think the HIPAA statement points to "If you are not the intended receiver, then..." If I'm not naming the receiver on the coversheet then????? I am just so unhappy with this company. Then the guy in tech support states RingCentral does not have a department I can complain to about how unhappy I am with my service here. I can only leave a comment. This is my only option. Sad.
