I currently receive calls from team members and from all incoming calls to the sales department to my desk phone. I also receive all chats from team members to my desktop RingCentral program. The problem I have is I do not want to receive all of those to my phone on the mobile app since I’m just sitting at my desk anyway. What I would like is to have the ability to set it so I only receive calls and texts from team members to my mobile app so I can get alerts when I'm away from my desk or at home. Then I’m not receiving outside calls.
