It used to be standard behavior in RC Phone and I think at least an option in older versions of the full RC app, to keep active calls in the main RingCentral window. I dislike the current behavior that pops out active calls into a new window, as it creates additional clutter on my desktop and taskbar, and would like the old behavior back as an interface option.
