Customize "#" for IVR key press
Customer would like to use the "#" on the IVR to be connected to specific extension or user on the account

Subject: Key Presses
Description: The customer currently has on their MiCloud system the following key presses. can these be duplicated to the RC IVR Menu's.
#: login to voicemail
Timeout: connect to extension after 1st prompt, not 3rd.
To Many Errors: Hang Up
Invalid entries: Repeat Prompt
Multiple Digits: Connect to extension.
