Add account wide hold music option
We'd like to change our hold music company wide but there is no solution to this. We currently have to go to every single group and every single user's account and adjust the hold music. How is there no way to have a company wide hold music choice?

This is a no-brainer. On hold music should be the same for ALL phone calls. Applying a template each time is ridiculous.

This would be a timesaver as opposed to having to program individually for users and would prevent setting up new users without it.
