Ability to block short code numbers the same as blocked phone numbers
Although a short code number has been added to blocked numbers on our operator extension, my users are still getting spam texts from the number. Please add the ability to block these. Furthermore, when I add a short code number to the list of numbers to block, it prefixes the number with the number 1.

It’s ridiculous that this issue was first posted here in 2022, has 43 votes, and still hasn’t been addressed. My suggestion is the Ring Central employee that decided this isn’t important to fix should post their cell phone number here so it can be SPAMMED with unwanted messages just like we are.

I am unable to recieve short text messages or code from bank on my ring central app, i have been using this from last 4 years and it was working fine but now it stopped chat support told me with new updates this is no longer available, In ring central that was only option due to i have been using this app as i am mostly travelling and i am unable to do my banking transactions without it, If this feature wont be added i will have to close my account and find some other solution.
