This feature is critical for our business. Not having this functionality forces our users to use their personal cell phones for business use and this is the exact reason we signed with RingCentral. I see this vote may be specific to Canada, but we need the same thing in the US as well. Thank you.

we are unable to receive sms verification codes from DHL, Bank of America and other important services we use for our business, the sms verification codes are important for every business security and since we are using RingCentral Phone for our business, this feature SHOULD have been supported. Thanks.

I'm confused as this was working with most of our clients' banks until recently and we are now having to resort to calls to receive verification codes which is highly frustrating. Any ideas what has happened or is going on?
