Dial 311 in New York City
It would be helpful if Ring Central users in NYC are able to dial 311 this is a city general information number. At the moment we are not able to connect to this number when we dial it.

Columbia wants to be able to dial 311 and get 212-639-9675. (212) NEW-YORK I explained why this is not possible and offered some workarounds with speed dial or virtual extensions forwarded to the 10 digit number. Still, they requested I add it to the feature request list.
