Caller ID name should be visible for Toll Free

    Most companies use RingCentral for thier phone systems but not being able to create a Caller ID is a big problem. Can we please get this!? Not a very satisifed customer due to this! People do not answer the phone when we call them.

    It appears as TOLL FREE, and it can be easily ignored by customers since this can be considered as a junk/scam call.It’ll be glamorous if there is any way we can show our company name when we call them.

    I am surprised this is not alreay a feature. It looks like it is for regular lines but not for Toll free. We are on the Caller center also so not sure if that helps or changes anything.
