Extending Call Log Retention Past 1 Year
we need to be able to access call logs for far longer than a year, typically for legal purposes.

Sometimes a customer needs proof that they called us for insurance reasons in court and proof of a time stamped phone call is necessary.

As mentioned by others, this is critical to us. 1 year is not long enough. I agree with Chad's comment.

Also critical to us -- 9-12 months is simply not long enough. Need to be able to access call logs at least 2-3 years into the past.

This is a critical issue - the data is available and should be accessible for a much longer period of time. Beyond 5 yrs would be an acceptable/reasonable amount of time.
