Keep RC Classic
The new RC is a mess. I downloaded it and couldn't function - I couldn't see where texts/messages were coming in (although I had the alert sound). I got to some screen where there was no way for me to get back and make a phone call. Please keep Classic.

RC had no business removing a working app, forcing customers to a new app before the new app is ready for use.
You have 5 business days to have the RC classic back up and running.

It is imperative to keep the old RC app alive as there are potential RC customer who have two separate businesses/accounts with RC and they would want to make/receive calls through mobile app like ourselves. We have 2 separate business and using RC as phone solutions for both businesses. Scraping the old app will eventually result us switching to another provider or keeping two mobile devices. I would personally not have two mobile phones and will consider cancelling the RC account for one of the business.

This is the worst idea from RingCentral. At first I could use the old app, but now I’m forced to using the new one. My annual service is scheduled for renewal in February. I will not be renewing because this app is so awful. All I need is to make and receive phone calls and only need the old app. I could care less about the teams approach.

Where are my faxes that I have received and sent? The previous system was fine and suited my solo business just fine, giving me easy access on the go. I don’t know what this is and it’s not user-friendly. Even finding a way to send this message was a task!
