Company Level Hotkey Settings

Some of our company applications that we use utilize shortcut keys such at F6 or F8. We would like to be able to change this at a company level so each user isn't having to manually do this as part of ringcentral onboarding.

    We have recently started working with Ring Central and all our applications have a function on the F6 key. It would be best if you could define your own key for making calls. With our old provider, you could define your own key combinations.

    PLEASE KEEP RINGCENTRAL DESKTOP PHONE APP ! ! !
    WOULD BE DEVASTATED TO HAVE TO CONVERT TO THE NEW RING CENTRAL DESKTOP APP
    WE DO LOTS OF CALLING AND THE HUD CENTER IS UNNECESSARY FOR US WE LOVE THE RINGCENTRAL PHONE APP AND THE F6 TO DIAL.

    Please Keep the OLD DESKTOP APP AVAILABLE
    WE DO NOT LIKE THE NEW HUD POP UP ON THE NEW VERSION OF RING CENTRAL APP
    WE CAN NOT USE F6 TO CALL ON THE NEW APP - WE DO NOT LIKE THE NEW APP ! ! !

    ...s not have the same option.. please refer to 1601 kb article for short keys on rc phone .since rc is migrating to rc app from rc phone . I request that this options be added too on the ring central app
