Multifactor authentication
We'd like (and it should be pretty obvious) to have MFA as an option on RingCentral accounts. The lack of, especially for SuperAdmin accounts, is a security risk. The extra security layer would make me feel more comfortable. Authenticator app (like Google, MS, or Duo) would be preferred.

this app would be helpful for companies that do not allow cell phones in the work area

My account has been hacked numerous times, because super admin email, was hacked first (not your fault). However having 2-factor authentication on login / password changes (code to cell phone) would increase the security of your system tremendously. PLEASE add!

If we could allow users to disable 2FA instead of company wide, that would be great.
