Once a meeting is schedule, Desktop App is not able to allow you to cancel or change the meeting time. Need to be able to edit without going into a calendar. HR team uses multiple lines to set up candidates with interviews with many hiring managers across the country so could have 5-10 interviews on various lines that are not attached to individual schedulers company email. You must sign in and out of each account to adjust, not feasible for many lines.

There should be a way to know who requested the port-out and there should be an email notification sent to the admin of the account for awareness

While we are using the R App to schedule the meeting, those are not visible in the app and as checked with support engineer we need to login with Microsoft/Google account for the same which is not good option.

In the old version of the app, when a meeting was scheduled, the details would appear in app. This allowed for editing the event, easy access to the link, and a pseudo-reminder that the event existed. In the new version of the app, this feature is now, for some reason, only available if you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar. Downgrading an app, hiding features behind arbitrary app connections, and not having much of a list of options is a serious step down from what the app once was. Therefore, to bring the app back to at least what it was, the ability to edit scheduled events, without a calendar sync, should be reinstated. As additional information, much in the same way that BMI is a RingCentral Authorized Partner, we are also an Authorized Partner of Zoho. RC only syncs with Zoho CRM right now, and leaves our hands completely tied for usability on the app. Just as we would not recommend to a potential customer that they should use Zoom, Skype, Line, or any other telephonics solution, and instead insist upon RingCentral, it is unfair of RingCentral to block off features of their app by forcing users to use specific products.
