Ability to archive or store calls for up to one year
In many industries, including mine, it would be helpful to have access to call recording up to a year -- would LOVE to have this

In this day in age, a phone conversation that needs to have a recording more than 6 months history. If clients have a dispute on what was said, 6 months is not long enough to recall the conversation on what was being discussed. This could be a matter of saving us from a lawsuit and/or credit card charge backs.

We should have the ability to access call recordings that extend past 60-90 days, even if we need to pay for some sort of storage where the recordings could be archived and saved for a longer period of time.

Our call recordings are essential for us to be able to go back and listen to a conversation. In some cases this is needed after the current 90 hold period. Please extend this retention time to at least 6 months, if not longer
