I think it would be great if Ring Central would offer text message retention policies which could be set per user or for the full organization. For example, our work email accounts automatically delete email older than 60 days. If Ring Central could work the same way with text messages, that would improve the security of text messages and accounts when the policy is applied to users or an organization. This also helps business comply with their retention policies in an automatic fashion.

The one year document retention policy is inadequate for professioonal applications. Call logs should be accessible for at least two or three years, in line with business and industry best practices to retain correspondence records for at least two years.
