Change the color for icon notification

Can we change color of unread message dot on Messages icon? It is gray, which is not very visible.

I am constantly missing RingCentral messages because the notification is gray. Why is a RingCentral message notification considered less important than any other notification like a text message, missed call, or voicemail?

Gray is a horrible color. Even looking for a message notification, it is hard to see.
