Add start and schedule an audio conference to RC Desktop App
There is a start a video conference and schedule a video meeting under new actions of the RC App. The ability should also exist to "Start an audio Conference and Schedule an audio conference" under new actions and include invite with email.

Each number should have a conference line/id we are able to provide to clients in order to provide meeting information for phone conferences in advance, not just creating one when live.
