Super Admin Reassignment
Assigning the super admin to an extension rather than a person makes it impossible to change as needed. If the super admin leaves the company, then the current procedure would require another staff person to change their phone number. For employees that have had the same number for years, have it listed on their website and business cards, and have given it to clients for years, it is not reasonable to have them change their extension.

We've recently had our Super Admin leave our firm, and in order to pass that role to someone else on our team, we are finding that we will have to manually change all of the user details for the existing Super Admin account to placeholder information, do the same for one of our other admins (because of the requirement of unique account information), and then change the Super Admin's account information to that of the incoming admin taking on that role. This process is tedious, and takes one of our admins out of the system for the duration of the handover. The ability to move the Super Admin role to another account, even if we have to contact RingCentral Support to do so, would dramatically improve the workflow of high-privelege account management within the Admin Portal.
