Separate Outbound Calling Announcement
Currently only having one option for call recording announcement for inbound and outbound calls. I would like a seperate custom annoucement for outbound calls.

I agree Chris. We have the same desire at our company. When our offices call out, the first thing a person hears on the receiving end is the Call Recording Announcement. We have a lot of people then hang up because they think it is just a robocall. By playing a different announcement for outbound calls, this might reduce wasted time on both sides of the call. Instead, the only option we have right now is to turn the outbound reminder OFF, if the recording law in that state allows it. Which is not the best solution.

We are a company with subsidiaries across the US and abroad. As part of our business continuity and disaster recovery planning, we need to be able to deploy a previously recorded, outbound message to all employees, regardless of location.
