Allow scheduling of meetings without connecting to a calendar
Allow scheduling of meetings without connecting to a calendar. For privacy purposes and confidentiality, I do not want to give access to my outlook calendar.

Allowing the scheduling of meetings without connecting to a calendar provides flexibility for users who may not want or need to integrate their calendar systems. It streamlines the process by enabling users to manually set appointments without relying on external syncing, reducing potential technical issues and offering a simplified user experience. This option can be especially useful for those who prefer a more straightforward approach to meeting management, while still ensuring efficiency and organization.

When scheduling meetings as a delegate, there seem to be unnecessary steps. It takes longer to schedule as a delegate than it does to just log into someone's account and create a meeting for them. It does not make sense that everything now has to go through the Outlook calendar. Why can't a delegate make a video meeting for another RC member and it show up in their RC account? Now we have to have all our calendars synced, the meeting has to show up on the delegate's Outlook calendar and then has to be changed over to the person's calendar you are scheduling for. It would make a lot more sense if there was a way in the RingCentral app to schedule a meeting for someone else as a delegate and then for it to show up in their RingCentral account. Also, there needs to be a way to easily edit the video meetings you schedule for other people.
