Multiple user's phones lose ERL during power events; how can I fix this so that these settings are put back into place automatically?
Each time one of my branches has a power event, multiple phones lose their emergency response locations and outbound dialing is restricted until it can be manually fixed in the portal. It looks as though this should be fixing itself automatically based on Automatic Location Updates being enabled and IP Address Range Maps are updated correctly -

This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. 657780051 UID: Thanks Angela, now I'm noticing this issue has been ongoing since 2016, and it seems the recommended course is going to the ideas forum and writing there. But that's a bit discouraging given others have been voicing this concern for 8 years and it hasn't been addressed. It's really disappointing because our company was told that Ring Central would help with some of these issues, that when our team is 'busy' or 'do not disturb' we wouldn't be disturbed with phone calls - thus our major reason for switching. Was it an intentional lie? Or do you have a sense of when the issue might be addressed?

Want to have the option for the call recording to be continued even if they transferred the call to an external number

Automated alerts for outbound calls
Basically, I want to know if it's possible to set it up so that if a single user makes more than 375 outbound calls in a day, we would get an email alert.
